About Ernie’s Charter Fishing

The Crew

Crew with big tunaMeet Ernest MacPhee (white shirt), the captain for your fishing adventure with Ernie’s Charter Fishing. He grew up in a fishing family and has loved the water since he could look over the washboards.  After graduating from university, Ernie decided to pursue his passion for fishing and never looked back. Ernie hopes that you enjoy your time with their crew in Prince Edward Island and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Ernie learned a lot about fishing from his father Russell who has been fishing out of North Lake Harbour for the past 58 years.  His brother Steve has been fishing out of North Lake for 22 years. Technology has changed over the year but nothing compares to experience and local knowledge when it comes to fishing.
